This is our newest release of Web-Pak, our web entry module. Our clients told us that their current clients have
very different demands from the web portal they want to use. In some cases, we know that they expect Web-Pak to
capture a great deal of details. A field custom labeled for themselves, that might represent a Purchase Order
number, a Production Number, a container number or a Case number.
Another field that could be used a Shipping Number, or the client´s uniquely assigned number. The other extreme,
is when the Web-Pak user wants to enter a ticket without entering any data. This new release allows our client to
configure each of his users as they wish. From a profile that requires only “who entered the order” and a few
characters, enough to locate the address book record to be used, to another that will instruct for many fields to be
entered before the ticket is accepted.
